Return & Exchange Policy
We want every family to be delighted with their purchase. This policy explains how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, include original packaging, and be free of stains or damage.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, gift cards, customized products, and used garments are not eligible for return.

Refunds
After inspection, refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may instead request a return after delivery.
