How long does shipping take? +
Standard UAE delivery usually arrives within 1-3 business days. Same day delivery is available in selected areas for orders placed before 2PM.
What is your return policy? +
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Final sale items and altered products are not eligible for return.
How do I choose the right size? +
Use the size guide on each product page and compare your child's height, chest, and waist measurements. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Shopify-supported wallets, and local payment methods enabled at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it? +
Please contact support as soon as possible. We can update an order before it has been packed or dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UAE? +
The store is designed for UAE customers first. International delivery can be enabled later based on the merchant's shipping setup.
