FAQ | Suviara Little

You cannot edit items once an order has been placed. However, you have a 1-hour window to cancel your order after placing it. If your order has already been processed,
you'll be covered by our Return Policy.

you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

• Within 1 hour of placing your order: log in to your account with the same email used to place the order, go to My Orders & Returns, find the order you'd like to cancel, and click "Cancel."
• More than 1 hour since placing your order: you will not see the option to cancel. Our goal is to ship your orders as quickly as possible, and unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or edit orders more than 1 hour after they have been placed.

Before placing your order on Suviara Little, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.

After checkout (within 1 hour):

1. Go to My Orders

2. Scroll down to your order and select Edit Address

3. Select Add New Address, enter the preferred shipping location and click Next

4. Confirm your payment method and Submit

After checkout (after the 1-hour window):

We unfortunately can no longer change the address. We recommend contacting the final carrier with your tracking number to see if they can reroute your order to another address.

Unfortunately, we currently only offer delivery within the UAE. We do not offer international delivery at the moment.

If a refund is issued instead, it may take a few days for your financial institution to post it.

To help us process your exchange quickly, please use the correct shipping label and avoid mixing items from different returns.
